This bead roller unit is desgned to roll numerous bend profiles in sheetmetal. This machine is capable of running up to 12 gauge steel, depending on the profile. It requires one airline connection and 240v. There are simple selector knobs and switches to control the speed, direction, starting, and stopping of the unit. The unti is also equipped with a regulated foot switch which will produce higher rolling pressure as it si further depressed. The machine is driven with a 230V AC variable frequency3 phase 1/2hp motor couple to a 24:1 inline gearbox and features 250mm throat gap.
